This unit is VERY close to the community pool, Leisure Trail and Boat Slips. One can either walk or drive to the large community beach on the Leisure Trail from here. Also it is an easy, straight drive to the country club and golf course. Tall Ships is one of the FEW places on the lake where the owner can rent the unit on a daily, weekend, weekly or monthly time frame. There is no 90 day minimum rental, here. There is a large storage unit in the basement of the building for this unit.
