If you are looking for a lake home to commute to each day, or a lake cabin to go to on weekends, you definitely want to consider how long it is going to take you. Getting a qualified buyer to your lake cabin is one thing, but what can you do to get them to want your lake place over all the others on the market? It is pretty common to have sloped and slanted floors in old lake cabins, so these may not be the types of places you want to add onto...again!
