While there is no overnight camping at the park, there are several other amenities such as bathhouses with showers, picnic areas, and grills.

The Detroit Zoo will delight visitors young and old. The Detroit Institute of Arts displays breathtaking artistic achievements from around the world. Comerica Park is a classic ballpark where, during the season, one can catch the Detroit Tigers.
