Great lot overlooking wide lake views with approx 150' of water frontage. Well and septic in place. Lot very suitable for lower level walk out construction. When you are standing on the lot you feel like you are in the mountains looking down on the lake with wide views of Lake Oconee, similar to how you would feel on Lake Rabun or Lake Burton. Single ramp dock and concrete seawall in place. Can't imagine GA Power not approving a max dock. Would need to apply and contact the power company. Nice grass landing at the lake.
