This home is steeped in history as one of the first lake homes on Hartwell. It is told that a left over steel beam from Hartwell Dam is in a block wall overlooking the lake. The furnishings and appliances are dated with the times (and they still work!). This is simple living at it's best with a sunset view that is indescribable.
