Amazing long water, sunset view! In this house you will step back in time to 1962 when Kennedy was president, Johnny Carson became host of The Tonight Show, and Lake Hartwell was created. This home is steeped in history as one of the first "lake homes" on Hartwell. It is told that a left over steel beam from Hartwell Dam is in a block wall overlooking the lake. The furnishings and appliances are dated with the times (and they still work!). This is simple living at it's best with a sunset view that is indescribable. This may be the best view on Lake Hartwell. A small cutout along the Tugaloo River bed means never having a dry dock. A newer single slip covered dock complete with a swing will help you enjoy your times on the lake. Did I mention the view?
