This one is in one of Lake Hartwell's most exclusive neighborhoods, built by one of Hartwell's premier builders. No stairs to climb, 10' ceilings, Spag cabinets, 3 Trane heat pumps, Anderson windows and the exterior walls are 2 x 6's. The reason for the low price is that the house is not located on the water but is a short walk to the full-size dock. The dock is old and should be replaced.
