Spring Has Sprung!

Well the grass is starting to turn green, most of the lakes have opened up and there seems to be a little excitement in the air. What I notice most about spring time is that people are outside working away in their yards. Driving by it is easy to find a wave and a smile. Everyone is anxious to spruce things up, bring out the lawn furniture, and put in the dock. It's time for all the annual spring time traditions. We are doing the same things at our house!

There are a number of fresh new listings on the market. I am hoping to get out and do some previewing. This is a great time to get out and see properties - land especially. It is much easier to see where possible markers are without all the vegetation.
