Growing up on a farm with five brothers - and no sisters - was hard enough. But in the Bramble area, twenty miles southwest of Orr, you could probably grow sugar just as fast as you could walk to your neighbor's house to borrow a cup. If you went to visit your friends, you had to pack a lunch and hope the wolves didn't steal it on the way! Life has gotten easier for Wendy since then, but as you can imagine she is not afraid of hard work.

Now, Wendy and her husband Rick reside near Cook...a community with a population many times larger than Bramble. With their two boys both grown, they love to get away to their cabin on Lake Vermilion as much as possible. And because the cabin is only a few miles from their home, it is easy to mix in a few of her real estate duties when needed so that she can help buyers in their search for the perfect lake cabin or land.
