Chisago Lakes Area Guide

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Ron Lenzmeier, and I have been a Realtor for about 12 years. I'm very excited to now be a part of the Lakehomes.com team, and I'd love to help you pursue your dreams of a new home or vacation property on the water.

I've always been drawn to the water, and have lived in the Chisago Lakes Area since 1972. I bought my first lake access home at 22, and have been on the lakes ever since.

My background has been as a building contractor and I've been in the trades since I was a teen. Lets just say, I know the "guts" of a house. Since the downturn in the economy, I've switched gears from new home construction to rehabbing distressed properties, and have become somewhat of a foreclosure specialist as well. That probably isn't a bad combination of knowledge to help buyers out in this day and age!
