Dan began his real estate career with Edina Realty in the Minneapolis area back in 1988. From his first days in the business, he recognized the need for an expert who could help buyers sort through the various properties on more than 1,700 lakes within a hour of the Twin Cities. Soon after, his wife Sandy joined him to form the "Metro Lakes Specialists," which would later grow to become Lakehomes.com Realty.

Throughout twenty years as a waterfront specialist, Dan has sold hundreds of lake homes, lots, resorts and cabins from the southern reaches of Minnesota to the Canadian Border...and into Wisconsin. Because of his many years of experience over such a large geographic area, he is able to act as a true consultant to lakeshore buyers and sellers in nearly any part of Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. This has proven to be a huge benefit to relocating buyers who aren't quite sure where to find the right type of waterfront property to best fit their needs.
