Barry has calmed down some since his days as a professional wrestling champion. Known as “Smash,” he knew how to get opponents to give in, and he won many titles because of it. Although he doesn’t use the same tactics in his current business, he can still be an intimidating presence to an opposing real estate agent during the negotiation process…and that just might help his clients get a little closer to the price they are shooting for.
