Upon moving to the Ely area, Andy and his wife rented a lake home, enjoying for four years the waterfront lifestyle: fishing off their dock, building bonfires by the shore, hunting nearby property, canoeing through lilypads, or just watching the sunset.

Five years ago Andy bought his 100-year old dream home in the heart of Ely - after looking at more than 40 properties! Nights and weekends have found him scraping, painting, drywalling and rewiring to bring his home back to life. You may have noticed him perched on top of a scaffold, painting their house red. He hopes to have it finished by the time his daughter starts kindergarten...but time will tell!

Andy also has a graduate degree in fine art and is a practicing, showing artist; let him use his artistic eye to help you see property accurately: what works, what doesn't work, and why.
